Privacy Policy

SECTION 1 – GENERAL INFORMATION

This Privacy Policy contains information on the collection, use, storage, processing, and protection of the personal data of users and visitors of the website migramobility.com.br, with the purpose of demonstrating full transparency on the subject and clarifying to all interested parties which types of data are collected, the reasons for their collection, and how users can manage or delete their personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users and visitors of the website migramobility.com.br and forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the website migramobility.com.br, duly registered with the Brazilian Corporate Taxpayer Registry (CNPJ) under No. 29.713.852/0001-08, located at Rua Adolfo Lutz 245 Apt 23, Ponta da Praia, Santos/SP, ZIP Code 11035-060, Brazil, hereinafter referred to as Migra Assessoria Empresarial Ltda.

This document was prepared in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/18 – LGPD), the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Lei nº 12.965/14), and the EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR). SECTION 2 – HOW DO WE COLLECT THE USER’S AND VISITOR’S PERSONAL DATA?

The personal data of users and visitors are collected by the platform as follows:
